Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains to identify disruptive forces
- Develop comprehensive scenario models and strategic frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact briefings and whitepapers for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to expand foresight capabilities
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with proven impact on long-term strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with data visualization tools and futures modeling software
