- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists to build scalable machine learning models.

- Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on our product roadmap.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and model governance.
- Present quarterly strategy updates to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying large-scale AI/ML models in production.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, neural networks, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tech to business value.
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
