- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI capabilities
- Architect sustainable tech roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and ESG mandates
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Institutes
- Mentor emerging talent in future-tech methodologies
- Produce white papers and patents for 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech innovation with 5+ years in future-casting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M revenue impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and climate-tech integration
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
