You'll leverage proprietary foresight methodologies to deliver breakthrough insights that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating digital transformation and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging megatrends
- Establish quantitative KPIs for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-focused innovation pipelines
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-building capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-economic disruptors
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic horizons
