- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and their business implications
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership content and present at industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype emerging technology applications
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor threats across sectors
- Build scenario models for future market conditions and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
