Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future market disruptions
- Develop predictive models for emerging societal trends and technological adoption curves
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 industry shifts
- Present quarterly foresight briefings to Board of Directors and venture partners
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech sectors
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex scenarios
- Experience scaling foresight operations in Fortune 500 environments
