Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Produce high-impact research reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to position company as industry futurist authority
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into 18-36 month roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence dashboard tracking emerging threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech or consulting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or similar professional credential
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
