Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for technologies with 2026+ commercial viability
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating exponential technologies into enterprise roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Produce forward-looking market impact assessments and competitive disruption models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Create executive-ready visualizations of future technology scenarios and adoption curves
- Advise product development teams on next-generation architecture and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading enterprise-level technology transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
