Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience securing federal grants and private sector innovation funding
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG compliance frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
