Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI requirements.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, latency, and accuracy in production environments.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to automate model training, validation, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and safety.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to integrate novel techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact ML products to market.
