Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends across technology, society, and economics to map 2026's competitive landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, sustainable innovation, and human-machine collaboration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Identify and establish partnerships with emerging tech incubators and thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and risks in emerging sectors (quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complexity for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
