Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design cross-industry innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and immersive tech
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to navigate uncertainty
- Produce whitepapers on societal impacts of emerging technologies (AGI, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Advise board on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Curate global thought leadership summits on sustainable futures
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrix)
