Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for exponential tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce quarterly foresight briefs for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Represent Nexus at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
