- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder presentations on future market opportunities and risks
- Establish cross-functional futurist councils to embed forward-thinking across departments
- Author thought leadership publications and industry reports on 2026 technology and societal impacts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Experience developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
