Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities for 2026+ ecosystem integration
- Develop predictive models for industry transformation using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing 2026 challenges in sustainability and digital ethics
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology strategy
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) or Innovation Strategy preferred
- Experience leading global initiatives with $50M+ budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Mastery of strategic frameworks: STEEP analysis, scenario planning, technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executable strategies
