Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate quantum computing principles with classical machine learning models.
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of new algorithms for autonomous decision-making in complex, dynamic environments.
- System Optimization: Optimize neural network performance for low-latency, high-bandwidth applications in real-time scenarios.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI frameworks to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Quantum Knowledge: Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts (qubits, superposition, entanglement) and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and think critically about system scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
