- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI or Big Data initiatives.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
