Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze macro-trends (2025-2030) across tech, geopolitics, and human behavior
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Produce annual Horizon Reports for C-suite decision-makers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Advose on ESG and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend-mapping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed business solutions
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
