Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) into strategic foresight reports
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state opportunities
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies and human-centric design
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven narratives
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into R&D pipelines
- Maintain a trend intelligence database with real-time global signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
