- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (biocomputing, spatial web, climate AI) for strategic adoption
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation velocity toward 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ innovation budgets for future-tech implementation
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies with PhD preferred
