Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal patterns to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration and AI ethics

- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech applications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
