Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating futuristic technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and design thinking methodologies
