- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry consortia

- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and rapid prototyping
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency (Tableau, Flourish)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Research Methods (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic roadmaps implemented with measurable impact
