Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2026
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate tech innovations into client solutions
- Produce competitive analyses and white papers on future tech applications
- Advocate for adoption of emerging technologies in client transformation initiatives
- Manage relationships with startups, research labs, and academic institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing tech roadmaps for 3+ years forward
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and tech impact assessment
