Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology opportunities and disruption vectors
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers on metaverse, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in emerging tech adoption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory role
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) or relevant methodology training
