Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across industries
- Analyze emerging trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios with C-suite executives
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership positioning clients as 2026 innovators
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 market predictions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
