Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready human-machine interfaces
- Develop market entry strategies for neuro-ergonomic and climate-adaptive technologies
- Lead stakeholder workshops mapping post-scarcity economic models
- Produce horizon-scanning reports for C-suite and government advisory boards
- Mentor innovation fellows in exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with published trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech applications
- Proficiency in Python for trend simulation and Monte Carlo scenario modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 10-year innovation roadmaps
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized 2025+ technologies
- Security clearance eligibility for classified national security projects
