- Mentor innovation teams in future-ready skill development and adaptive leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies that scaled business impact
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, S-curves)
- Mastery of quantitative and qualitative analysis tools (Python, Tableau, ethnographic research)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
