Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and next-gen neural networks.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and technical excellence.
- Design enterprise-grade systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time with zero latency.
- Drive architectural decision-making, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across all deployed machine learning models.
- Partner with product stakeholders to prioritize features that align with our aggressive 2026 roadmap and market expansion.
- Oversee the entire MLOps lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycles, MLOps, and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
