Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation strategies aligned with market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Design and facilitate future-proofing workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Conduct competitive and societal trend analysis using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on 2026 industry transformation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and future-state modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or disruptive innovation
- Experience with AI-driven predictive analytics and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation roadmaps implemented
