Responsibilities

- Produce executive-ready trend reports with data-driven predictions and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists and establish an enterprise foresight methodology
- Present findings to stakeholders with compelling narratives and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend forecasting for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, biotech governance, climate adaptation, or quantum applications
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in predictive analytics tools
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences across Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
