Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into operational roadmaps
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their disruptive potential
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations at C-level board meetings and industry summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year predictive frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
