Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Establish KPI frameworks to track innovation maturity and adoption curves
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout next-gen startups and technologies
- Advise executive board on geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational change
- Portfolio published foresight work or scenario planning projects
