Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration in enterprise ecosystems
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks addressing climate resilience and circular economies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable blueprints
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms and their societal impacts
- Lead pilot programs for AI-human augmentation systems in industrial and consumer contexts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published work in technology forecasting or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
