Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for real-time data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our product ecosystem.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Optimize algorithms for speed and efficiency on high-performance computing clusters.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural best practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
