Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating post-2025 disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with data-driven trend validation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent Horizon Insights at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2026+ focus
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging tech adoption patterns
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic transformation initiatives
