Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop predictive frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating the 2025-2030 transition period
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026 challenges
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex foresight into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Experience advising C-suite on 10-year strategic horizon planning
