Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable plans
- Partner with C-suite to embed futurism into corporate strategy
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for stakeholders
- Identify disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Build and maintain a network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
