Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready innovation priorities
- Author quarterly futures intelligence reports with predictive trend analysis
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into 5-year roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in technology trend analysis or innovation strategy
- Proven track record developing scenario-based strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech convergence domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 leadership teams
