Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Build innovation pipelines integrating emerging technologies with human needs
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Monitor competitor innovation vectors and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
