You'll work directly with C-suite executives, research partners, and venture capitalists to roadmap technology adoption across healthcare, finance, and urban development sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging tech sectors including quantum computing, biotech integration, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify market gaps and innovation opportunities in post-2025 tech landscapes
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for next-gen technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech strategy for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, or AR/VR)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience pitching to executive audiences
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic planning software
