- Architect innovation frameworks integrating exponential technologies with sustainable development goals
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using cutting-edge predictive analytics
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present foresight insights to global boards and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions with 85%+ accuracy rate
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent credential preferred
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation projects
