Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends with exponential impact potential
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and environmental disruptions
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives at Davos-level summits
- Manage a global network of 200+ futurists and domain experts
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder decision-making
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Nature, MIT Tech Review, and Harvard Business Review
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record developing commercialized future-strategy frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published author in future-focused journals or books
- Exceptional systems thinking and complex scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising C-level executives on 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-shaping initiatives
