Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze socioeconomic, technological, and geopolitical shifts through 2030 using advanced scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 market realities
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning our industry leadership

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented product development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical fluency across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
