Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market entry
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technology adoption
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual budget
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Administration; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
