Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework with quarterly refresh cycles
- Present executive briefings on future scenarios and risk/opportunity matrices
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready principles into R&D pipelines
- Establish cross-functional innovation working groups with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive futures for industry conferences
- Oversee the creation of predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning software)
- Experience leading high-stakes transformation initiatives in tech or finance
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published future-oriented analyses or thought leadership pieces
