Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Produce annual '2026 State of the Future' reports with quantifiable adoption forecasts
- Design scenario-planning models for climate-resilient infrastructure and post-scarcity economies
- Lead client workshops on exponential technology adoption curves and ethical implications
- Build proprietary AI trend-analysis tools processing 10M+ data points weekly
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Sociology
- 5+ years experience at Boston Consulting Group, Singularity University, or similar futurist institution
- Published author in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Fluency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully predicted technology disruptions
- Security clearance for classified government innovation projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Causal Layered Analysis and Delphi Method
- Speaking record at 10+ global innovation summits
