- Partner with R&D to integrate exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and future-readiness across 15+ business units
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused C-suite role
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic plans with measurable ROI
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their market implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism/strategy (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Futures School)
