Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and company vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis, startup scouting, and academic partnerships
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Build and manage a global network of technology scouts and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership content on technological disruption and future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building and managing global innovation ecosystems
- Strong presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology foresight (patents, published research, or launched innovations)
