Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' with MIT-caliber researchers and industry disruptors
- Anticipate geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technological adoption
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen human-machine symbiosis
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and scenario planning specialists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related discipline
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., 'Futures', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar R&D roadmaps
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
